You may love this so much that you refuse to leave your house… It is one of the best appetizers that I know of, and it is incredibly easy.
One pound Asparagus
10-14 slices of prosciutto (please feel free to choose your favorite. This is mine from Penn Mac in Pittsburgh’s Strip District)
Cracked black pepper
Trim the ends of the asparagus. Wrap each piece of asparagus with one slice on prosciutto. Lay into a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with cracked black pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side on Medium heat. Enjoy.
