Just got this great kitchen utensil. This is my Bento Knife (Jelly Bellies are for size comparison…you use what you have handy ok?). Mine is the Joyce Chen 4″, $13.99 or less at many sites. It’s great for paring and prepping vegetables. Excellent for slicing meat very thin, for sukiyaki or shabu shabu for example. It’s quite sharp, and in my opinion even if it dulls over time, you just can’t beat it for the price. Get the ten pack for $90! Cheers!
